Keeping Organised-My First Filofax: Current Set Up

Until now I was a complete Filofax virgin. I really need to get organised for University and I've always looked at the Filofax selection in paperchase in admiration. I decided to splurge and bought myself the Filofax Sage Swift. The birdcages completely sold it to me.
On the left I have my Library card and loyalty cards for cafés. I bought some really cute Parisian post it notes off Ebay and stuck them on the standard Filofax divider I wasn't going to use- the prettier they are the more likely I am to use them.

The back of the plastic wallet and the clear plastic page will be used as my 'dashboard'. Here, I will put post it notes of things to do that day.
Next, I have an envelope I made myself (I couldn't find one the shape I liked it and making it was way to much fun). Here, I have vouchers I need to use as well as samples I need to try of teas or creams that will otherwise be forgotten about.
Above, you can see my monthly view-which I designed myself. I didn't show the current month as it has a lot of personal information on it. I have designed a colour code key, which you can see on the left, just so I can get used to it over the coming weeks.
As you can see I have my diary as a week on two pages. I'm not sure how this will work out in the long run but at the minute I'm working things out. Currently I'm thinking I can list the things I need to do in the future  on a post-it note and stick it on the future day. Then on the day I need the list I can put it in the dashboard. The lists are only for things like shopping lists, things I have to bring etc within the day.
These are my essential tabs. The pink is for blog notes, ideas, etc; the green is for university notes and information; the blue is my budget tab, so I can keep track of my spending (the student loan can only go so far); the yellow tab is for gluten-free recipes; finally the red tab is my leisure section, where I keep lists of things I want to do for fun e.g. movies I want to watch etc.
I also put in tabs, which run down the side. This allows for easy access to things such as the voucher envelope and month view.
Lastly,  I have my goals section; here I have my long term and yearly goals. I have it so that when I have a stressful time I can look and see the bigger picture of everything that is going on around me. Having the goals section also helps give me motivation to save.
At the back I have a notepad; this came with the Filofax. I find this incredibly useful at the minute to take information down quickly before I categorise it.

I hope you enjoyed this post. I've really been obsessed with reading/watching videos on how people organise their Filofax so maybe this will be entertaining/useful to someone.
